The Sacrament of Waiting

Lately RJ's really busy with a lot of things so we don't see each other so much. Plus since he's really busy, I don't think we can go to mass together for the next four Sundays. I guess I just have to wait until the bar examinations are over.

Anyway, my friend Andrea posted this on Multiply the other day. It's a famous article among ACLCers and Ateneans in general. I thought it's worth sharing it here for all of you who are waiting for something or someone.

Society is Afraid of Alonedom

I know this title seems quite odd in a blog that talks about sweet things and relationships, but I think it actually fits very well. :)

In as much as it is great to be surrounded with friends or cuddling with your significant other, I think it's important that you are also comfortable with solitude. It's important that both persons in a relationship are comfortable with solitude in order for the relationship to work. (Theology 131 kicking in! I miss Theo!)

Marriage: Carrying the Bride

I saw this on Facebook and I thought it was a beautiful read. I'd like to share it to you :) Feel free to pass it on. Plus, I added a fun fact at the bottom of this article to explain a certain wedding tradition. :)

And Now, A Young Man Responds

Remember the Inquirer article I posted last August 10, "My Daughter's Letter to the Man She Will Love Someday"? Well, there was an overwhelming response from the readers and a young man responded to the letter. :) Here's the article:

My Daughter's Letter to the Man She Will Love Someday

This is an article from Inquirer that my friend Porqi posted on Facebook. :) I thought it was worth sharing to everyone since I found it really sweet.

This is for all the single ladies out there.
