Easy Party Finger Food

If you're rushing to a party or rushing to complete full course meal for your special someone, here's a quick and easy party food - Chocolate Covered Strawberries!

Chocolate Covered Strawberries are always a party favorite since it's special party finger food. Plus it's really easy to make!

All you need are the following:

• Strawberries
• Cookie Sheet or any flat surface
• Wax Paper or Parchment Paper
• Chocolate Chips or Semi Sweet Chocolate
• 2 Saucepans or Double Boiler 

Basically all you need to do are the following:

1. Melt the Chocolate

• Use any type of chocolate chips that will work well with the strawberries
• Use a double boiler or a smaller saucepan on top of a bigger saucepan 3/4 full of water to avoid burning the chocolate. 
• Use low heat 
• Stir occasionally
• Your chocolate should be creamy & smooth

2. Wash & Dry the Strawberries

• Rinse each one and dry them 
• Don't remove the stems

3. Dip the Strawberries in Chocolate

• Line the cookie sheet with wax paper 
• Take the strawberries by the top (leaf part) and dip the strawberry, twirl it to have fully cover it with chocolate
• Put the strawberry on the cookie sheet to dry.
