Who doesn't miss Meteor Garden? :)
I remember rushing back home just to watch the latest Meteor Garden episode. We even bought CDs of season 1 and season 2. Anyway, I just wanted to share some clips from Meteor Garden.
In this episode, Dao Mingsu's mom would not allow her son to be in a relationship with a poor girl, Shan Cai. She got the bodyguards to lock up Dao Mingsu in his room. She then arranged her son to get married to a rich girl. In protest, Dao Mingsu decided not to eat. His sister flew back upon hearing her mom's plot.
Shan Cai told Dao Mingsu's mom that she would join him in protest by standing outside their house and fast with him.
It started to rain but Shan Cai did not leave. She decided to take a stand and fight for their love. Awwww. Super sweet episode. :)
Dao Mingsu's mom eventually gave way and cancelled the marriage arrangement. Shan Cai and Dao Mingsu are now free to be in a relationship! Yaaay! Shan Cai later met with Dao Mingsu but fainted in his arms. She later confessed her feelings for him. :)
