Jipan Japanese Bakery: Split on my Artist Date

Last Wednesday, after a meeting, I got dropped off at SM Megamall at around 5PM. I wanted to go home but I figured it would be hard to go home alone so I decided to wait for my dad to finish and go home with him instead.

Given that, I decided to date myself and go on an Artist Date. :) Thanks Sir Randy for this. Anyway, I went around and I finally got to go to Forever 21. I didn't buy anything there since I already bought 2 books and I didn't want to increase my spending further. Plus I bought another book from the Powerbooks before I left. Hehe.

I bought these books: The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron (as recommended by my SD),
Manila by Day (directory of great restaurants, art places, unique shops, etc)

and Tikim by Doreen Gamboa Fernandez (my idol!). :)
I'm actually very excited to get started on these books :) I already told my friend Gian that we have to go to all of the restaurants listed in Manila by Day. Of course I was kidding. He told me to pick just one.

It was approaching 7PM already and my dad still wasn't done so I decided to look around for a nice restaurant. I also needed to sit down because my left arm was aching from lugging the books all around. As I approached the area near Toy Kingdom, I suddenly saw Jipan Japanese Bakery

Writing Fiction Again?

During our monthsary last Friday, RJ handed me a paper bag. Of course I got excited, I love opening presents! There were two books and a letter inside. Here's the picture:
Yaaay! He got me two fiction books: Politically Correct Bedtime Stories & 41 Stories. I'm already done reading the first one and it was really hilarious! I still have to read the other one.
